The company has a certain guarantee for the after-sales of products, but has carried out certain specifications for different products and different life cycles, as follows:

1、 Electronic products refer to stepping or servo motors, drives, controllers, control boards and other electronic products. The shelf life given by the company is subject to the shelf life given by the electronic manufacturer. In case of damage or burning, it shall be replaced and repaired according to the factory price. If it is within the warranty period of the electronic manufacturer, it can be repaired free of charge. The labor hour fee generated shall be charged according to the market standard (300 yuan / hour), and the transportation fee shall be borne by the customer.

2、 The products developed by the company refer to the products developed, produced and sold by the company will have certain after-sales maintenance guarantee, except for electronic products or products processed in the drawings and purchased on behalf of the company. As long as it is not artificially damaged or improperly used, damaged or broken, the company shall subject to long-term free after-sales maintenance (excluding transportation expenses and replacement parts expenses). Relevant materials must be provided in the process of after-sales maintenance application:

1. The contract signed with the company, purchase date, product model and customer information shall have customer contact number and receiving address.

2. If the company's products are purchased from the agent, the agent's company information, purchasing customer information, purchasing date, batch number, product model, customer information, customer contact number and receiving address shall be provided.

3. The suppliers mentioned in 1 and 2 above cannot provide relevant after-sales services. If the company's logo and trademark are altered by itself, it can only be repaired according to the charging after-sales standard.

4. Charging standard: labor hour fee: 300 yuan / hour. The transportation cost shall be borne by the customer. The cost of replacing parts shall be paid by contacting the salesman or customer service for specific costs.
